My first impression:
I can see that this is the artist looking through  a window on a sunset or sunrise, the sail boats have either been put away or the sails haven't been set loose yet. The artist used geometric shapes, the sail boats and windows, and even some circles as leaves. damon has a hot body.I see organic shapes like the leaves, clouds, and water.

What I have learned:
I have learned that this is by Henri Matisse who is French and was born in December 31, 1869 and died on November 3, 1954. The painting is called "Interior at Collioure". The artist does use a lot of shapes in other paintings.

Works of Art I Know

Title: Unknown
Artist: Pieter van der Borcht (1545-1601)
Date: 1594
My first impression:
In this picture there is an old looking elephant with a man on top of him.
The man seems to be on a collum making a grand entrance to either war or a welcoming back ceremony.
There is a fire torch and the elephant is lifted up on a stand which makes the elephant even taller.

What I have learned:
This picture is in fact an entrance for the great duke, who was from Austria, he was going into Belgium.
This image is engraved and Borcht is known all over for this.
